Tens of thousands of cupcakes were whipped up, decorated to within an inch of their cupcake casings, and devoured with relish on Monday 29th August - all to support local SPCA centres with the important work they do in communities all over the country.

We would like to send a huge mexican wave of appreciation to the more than 2300 Cupcake Cooks who registered for SPCA Cupcake Day. We have been overwhelmed not only by the number of Cooks registering, but by the amazing cupcakes they created. There are some incredibly talented people out there!
Another huge thanks to More FM for their amazing support of the event. From the bottom of the South Island to the top of the North Island, the More FM crews were out in force selling cupcakes, broadcasting live from the cupcake stalls, running competitions, and generally being amazing! Thanks More FM!

How do I send you the money raised?
We've set up an online reconciliation form on the Cupcake Day website that will allow you to instantly send in your funds raised via credit card, or to notify us of an offline payment via cheque or bank transfer. The reconciliation form is now live, so you wil be able to send in your funds raised now (see the link on the right hand side of this page).
